Nada is the visionary Founder and CEO of PragmaDoms, an ICF Master Certified Coach, and an ICF Subject Matter Expert. With over two decades dedicated to turning potential into measurable performance, Nada is a pioneering force in the MENA region's coaching industry.
She was the first to bring ICF-accredited coach certification to Lebanon in 2013, and has since personally trained and certified more than 1,000 coaches, shaping the coaching landscape across the region.
Nada’s unique depth of experience spans from developing individual coaches to crafting executive coaching journeys and leadership academies for major organizations in banking, healthcare, and family business across the MENA region. This broad, real-world understanding has given her an unparalleled perspective on what it truly takes to run a sustainable, profitable business—knowledge she now channels directly into guiding coaches.
Her core focus is on the crucial step most coach training skips: what happens after certification.
Nada works directly with coaches who have the credentials but not the clients, guiding them through the business side of building a practice—from finding their niche and achieving visibility to confident pricing and the actual mechanics of running it like a CEO.
